I recently completed my first ever full length documentary, “Food: Connections Across Borders”. This is a 45 minute comparative piece covering food systems in both Oregon and Ecuador. Major themes that emerge in the film include mono-cropping, food security, food sovereignty, the history of the global food system, indigenous sovereignty, the industrial food system and more.
